One launch. Many moving pieces.
One person living in the details.
I recently ran launch-lead on a high-ticket course launch for an industry-leading online educator, owning the infrastructure and execution of the launch from start to finish.
Launch funnels, automations, integrations, and checkout systems, conversion copy, creative assets and launch strategy, you name it! Behind the scenes, I lived in the data, looking for funnel friction.
Post-launch metrics indicated an opportunity.

Our sales-phase conditional logic had become too specific. In theory, we were creating beautifully targeted segments, protecting our list. In practice, we'd narrowed the audience too far to function.
For our next launch the data informed the logic. I reworked the email sequence, looked at earlier click opportunities and changed where we were putting our launch energy based on what the previous launch had actually taught us.
Because a good launch isn't one where everything goes according to plan. It's one where you're paying enough attention to know when the plan could be better.
